HOW TO MAKE KOVAKKAI PORIYAL
- Wash and slice Kovakkai / Ivy gourd into skinny slices vertically. Put aside.
- Wash and chop onion, garlic finely. Warmth oil and splutter mustard seeds, urad dal, fennel seeds.
- Saute onion, garlic and curry leaves until onion turns clear.
