HOW TO MAKE ANDHRA STYLE GINGER CHUTNEY / ALLAM PACHADI
- Wash and slice the ginger thinly. Wash and reduce the onions into small cubes.
- Warmth oil in a kadai. Saute chana dal, urad dal, coriander seeds, purple chilli until dals flip golden.
- Add the cubed onion, sliced ginger items. Saute until onion turns clear.
- Change off and funky down. Add tamarind, jaggery, salt and grind every little thing to a clean, thick paste.
