ANGLO-INDIAN COCONUT RICE
Serves 6Â Â Preparation Time 45 minutes
Substances
1 pack of coconut milk diluted with water to get 4
cups of milk or 1 contemporary coconut grated and milk extracted to get 4 cups of
diluted milk
2 cups of Uncooked Rice or Basmati Rice
½ teaspoon
turmeric powder or a number of strands of saffron
Salt to style
4 tablespoons butter or ghee
3 cloves, 3 cardamoms, 3 small sticks of cinnamon
Warmth ghee in a big vessel
or Rice cooker and fry the spices for a couple of minutes. Add the washed rice, salt, turmeric and 4
cups of coconut milk and prepare dinner until the rice is completed.
Coconut Rice is greatest eaten
with Ball Curry or Rooster curry and Satan Chutney.

ANGLO-INDIAN CHICKEN PEPPER FRY
Serves 6Â Â Preparation Time half-hour
Substances
1 kg hen reduce into medium dimension items    Â
3 giant onions sliced finely
2 teaspoons pepper powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons oil
Salt to style
Warmth oil in a pan and fry the onions flippantly. Add
the hen and blend within the pepper powder, tumeric powder and salt. Add ½ cup of water and prepare dinner on low warmth until the
hen is tender and semi dry.
Word: Alternately, the hen will be par boiled
with somewhat water after which added to the sautéed onions and pepper.Â
