ANGLO-INDIAN OXTAIL STEW

 

OXTAIL STEW

Substances
1 kg oxtail lower into medium items
3 carrots, 4 French beans, 3 potatoes,
4 inexperienced chilies slit lengthwise

2 tablespoons flour
