HOW TO MAKE KADDU KI SABZI
- Wash and peel the pores and skin of pumpkin and chop into large cubes. Put aside.
- Warmth oil in a kadai. Splutter mustard seeds, methi seeds, cumin seeds, pink chilli and curry leaves.
- Add the chopped pumpkin items and saute for a minute. Add turmeric powder, pink chilli powder, , coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and blend effectively.
- Lastly add water and canopy prepare dinner until pumpkin is cooked effectively.Â
- Add crushed kasoori methi, jaggery, coriander leaves and blend effectively. Swap off the flame, add few drops of lemon juice and serve scorching with rice and roti.
