 MICROWAVE ANGLO-INDIAN MINCE FRY

It is a fast and simple dish to
prepare dinner when one has a packet of mince useful within the fridge however not too eager on

½ kg Beef Mince / Floor Beef or
Lamb Mince

1 massive onion chopped finely

1 teaspoon chillie powder

½ teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon chopped garlic

1 teaspoon chopped ginger

2 inexperienced chilies chopped finely

2 tablespoons chopped coriander
leaves

2 or 3 tablespoons oil

Salt to style

 Technique

 Combine the Beef Mince with all of the

Refrigerate for one hour or extra.
