WHOLE FRIED MACKERELS

Components


4 medium measurement mackerels

3 tablespoons oil

3 teaspoons chillie powder

2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste

1 teaspoon cumin powder

½ teaspoon coriander powder

½ teaspoon turmeric powder

2 teaspoons lime juice or vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

Clear and take away the scales, fins and insides of
the mackerels. Wash properly. 

Combine all of the above substances along with a little bit water
to kind a paste. 

Slit every mackerel lengthwise on both facet conserving the middle
bone intact. 

Stuff the paste into every mackerel evenly on both facet of the
middle bone. 

Rub a few of the paste on the outsides as properly. 

Maintain apart for
about half-hour. 

Warmth oil in a flat pan and shallow fry the mackerel on either side
until evenly brown. 


Serve with White Steamed rice and Pepper Water.
